ITEX In Houston (C & P Cashless Marketing, LLC)
Hosts 2009 IBA Central Regional Conference. ITEX Brokers and Staff traveled in from all
over the country to enjoy 3 Days of great programs and entertainment. Key Note Speaker
& ITEX Member, Gerald Luckadue with Choice Fitness was a total hit with his expertise
on Weight Loss and Fitness, in Business.
Then a Trip by bus provided by ITEX member Royal Carriages Limousines, to ITEX Member the
Texas Renaissance Festival, was a great way to unwind, and enjoy all this festival
provides, wrapping up a fabulous Regional Conference. Our theme of course was Cowboy Up In
TEXAS!

Here are some good reasons for being a *Platinum or Gold.

Member Reward Tier Level Criteria:
Every 6 cycles, we review and re-classify. Criteria's are solely based on Overall Average
of selected periods. 6 cycle averages.
PLATINUM
*Member is in excellent Standing, meaning on Autopay, never bounces or declines payment,
fees are always paid during current cycle period.
*Maintains a 10K or Higher positive Trade Balance.
*Transacts sales & or buys every Cycle, of 5K or more combined.
*Has been a member for 6 cycle periods or more
*Offers all services advertised at fair market value, and 100% ITEX.
*Provides Excellent Service to members, returning calls, emails, and being very responsive
to requests, within reason.
*Never refuses to provide services or products to ITEX Members within his stated
offerings.
*No Complaints are received by our office regarding the member's quality or service
practices.

Announces ITEX National Convention News and Updates Convention was held in Las Vegas,
NV. May 19th-22nd. At the Orleans Resort and Casino.
 Our local Franchise did return with 4
Great Awards, one being, 2008 Broker Choice Award!!! This is a very distinguished Award,
due to our peers are the ones who nominate and vote for who they feel exemplifies and sets
the perfect example of being the top Office and Brokers among all Brokers in ITEX. We are
very proud and honored to be chosen, and this is not the first time either, so we feel we
must be doing something right…Having great members also aids in this award.
 We also Brought home a very nice
Award for Reaching over 1.5 Million in CTV for Contest year 2008, we were awarded a nice
plaque for Achieving a 53% CTV Net Growth over the year before, and We received a very
nice Plaque for achieving a Net Growth of 20 New Members during that time as well. We feel
very proud of these achievements, simply because, not many broker offices were able to
accomplish these type goals, and to be in the group who did, is a major step for all of
us. We may not be the biggest office in the Country, but we are surely one of the Best.
And growing all the time.

TOP ITEX FRANCHISEE’S AND BROKERS
Chris Christensen and Philis Santello-Christensen Roman Forest, Tx. Announce their Newest
Venture. We are proud to announce that we have been selected to Author a New Book. Some
very influential Entrepreneurs and Business Associates have asked us to Author and Write
the First Book Ever, on How to Start and Build a Barter/Trade Exchange Company. Since
there are currently no Real Publications on How to Start, Run, and build this type of
business, our colleages have offered to not only Publish and Edit, but also are offering
World Wide Distribution of our Book. We have some very strong individuals and companies,
who have a lot of faith and respect in our knowledge, skills and abilities, which feel
strongly about us, and feel we should share what we know.
With our Barter Knowledge, years in Barter, and ability to write and teach, we have
agreed to take this on. We will however, be dependent on gathering a lot of information,
and will be interviewing some very important people not only in the Barter Industry, but
in all types of Businesses, who believe and practice the benefits of Barter. We are also
fortunate in having some very credible business owners and leaders who will also be
contributing to our book, from all walks of life.
We are extremely excited about this newest venture, and appreciate everyone who has
either had a hand in our past, and current experiences, and look forward to learning and
growing even more through the process of writing this very important book.

This wedding was a dream come true
for one of our local Houston Member's Daughter Emily, and would not have happened in such
an elaborate fashion, if not for ITEX. Everything from Flowers to Bridal Gowns were all
purchased using ITEX, saving our member thousands of CASH Dollars, and thanks to ITEX
bringing in ITEX business to pay for it. Just one more REASON to have ITEX as part of your

2007 ITEX Annual Convention Results and
News.
We are now proud owners of a 1 Million Dollar Club
Plaque, a Fifth Place Plaque for Highest Percentage of Members on
Autopay, Third Place in Highest Percentage in CTV Growth, 47%, since last Contest Year, Chris
Received his Honorary Plaque For Serving as President on the IBA,
(ITEX Broker Association Board of Directors), and He was Awarded the "JULE GULLEY" Award, a beautiful Crystal
Towered Plaque with a Diamond Jewel on Top. He was award this very prestigious and
selected honor, for outstanding achievement, and 20 years of dedicated
Service. This is a nominated and elected award by his peers. It is in Memory of a highly
dedicated and well known ITEX Broker, who served out of Atlanta, Ga., who passed several
years ago. This keeps Jule's legend and outstanding service on going for the future, and
is only given to very special and deserving recipients.
ITEX also celebrated it's 25th Year
Anniversary this year, so there was allot going on, and lots of memories to reflect on. It
is also worth noting, Mike Ryan, who is Jule's predecessor, in Atlanta,
and his Son-in-Law, won, Broker Choice of the Year! See, Legends do live
on. So, as you can see, it was quite an eventful week. And, once again, our office was a
shining STAR* Like our
members. Thanks to all our members who made all the above happen, and let's all try
together, to do even better for next years Awards..we want to increase our goals 100%, and
know we can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Houston, Texas
Located in eastern Texas, Houston is the fourth-largest city in the
US and is a leader in business, entertainment, the arts, and more. The city is 80km
northwest of the Gulf of Mexico, 385km south of Dallas and 320km east of San Antonio. The
city has great museums, beautiful parks and provides a variety of excellent excursions.
There are a lot of touristy places in the city. First of all, do
not miss the NASA-Johnson Space Center. The planning and most of the training of manned US
space missions such as the Apollo and shuttle programs happens at NASA's Johnson Space
Center (JSC). Space Center Houston is the tourist gateway to the JSC, where you can see
the command module from Apollo 17, used on the last trip by humans to the moon in 1972 and
actual moon rocks, including one you can touch. The JSC is southeast of downtown Houston.
Metro buses connect with downtown. Secondly, there are many museums in the city. The
Museum of Fine Arts, founded in 1900, is the oldest art museum in Texas. Museum of
Printing History has rare and unusual printed works, include the Dharani Scroll, which
dates from 764 and is one of the oldest printed works in existence and the vast displays
of typography through the ages. The Orange Show is a museum to honor the orange, where
everything is painted orange. There are many parks in Houston. Six Flags Astroworld is a
pretty fun amusement park, with fun and thrilling rides. In San Jacinto Park, you can have
a great view on the ship channel, see the Monument and visit Texas History Museum. To get
some contact with animals, the Houston Zoo is good choice. Founded in 1922, the Houston
Zoo is an exciting recreational destination with 1.4 million guests every year. If
possible, do attend the world's largest rodeo and livestock show in March 1-20. The
Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show is one of the most important event on the livestock and
entertainment industries. It has played a notable role in Texas culture.

Yes, our CEO, Commander and Chief took home a lot
of the "Gold." You can probably tell by this photo, he was a very happy camper.  Some of the awards
he took home six plus recognition of serving on the Broker Board for 5 years, and recently
voted in as Treasurer.

billed. Six Million Dollar Plague for total volume generated last year. Broker's Choice
