OUR MISSION:
Is very simple, to help businesses, large and small to generate new clients, and conserve
cash. How do we do this? This too, is simple. As a network of businesses working together,
to accomplish the same goals. ITEX members are generally very loyal to the association.
They will go to an ITEX member for products or service before going to their competitors.
Because of this, you are now receiving a new client, and if they appreciate and like your
products or service, they will recommend you to their friends, family, associates, etc...
And not all of them obviously are going to be ITEX members, so in simple language, you not
only gain new business with ITEX members, you now generate new cash as well. See how
simple? We also want to provide the highest quality and service available. How does this

Building New
Clients:
As mentioned in the Mission Statement, our members will come to you for service or
products, before going to your competitor. When you join ITEX, you are now opened up to
thousands of members who will be aware of your company through the ITEX computer network,
and through local directories and Broadcasts. At no cost to you, you are being advertised
through out
the system. By reaching thousands of new prospects, you are guaranteed to receive new
customers. By servicing these members, you are now being referred to others, and some will
not be ITEX members, so guess what? You now have built new cash customers as well. It is a
Win-Win situation.
Conserving Cash:
Anytime we can save cash, it's worth at least looking at new ideas, or ways to convert.
ITEX can do this by providing you the business to earn the ITEX dollars to pay for those
expenses you would have to pay with cash regardless of your current cash base customer.
How? It is simple. Say you need to repair one of your work vehicles, like a new exhaust,
or tune-up, brakes, etc... These repairs are a must, and maybe the cash flow is a little
short, you are hoping a customer will come in to off-set the expense of your truck, and
here it is, the end of another week and no extra income comes in, now you have to fix the
truck, so you're digging in and there it goes. Well, if you are an ITEX member, here comes
an ITEX client, needing your service, keep in mind, he/she would not be there if it wasn't
for ITEX, now you provide your service or product to the member, he/she pays you in ITEX
Dollars and you now have the trade to spend at another ITEX member's car repair place, and
all is well with the world. And you did not have to spend that cash, you really could not
spend, or did not want to spend. Think of ITEX as just another revenue source. This is
just one example of millions of ways to use your ITEX Membership. When is the last time
